TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CryptoMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
