1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CryptoMD Mobile Device Management Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CryptoMD is an enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform that provides:

• Employee Device Management — Monitor and manage corporate-owned mobile devices
• Parental Control Solutions — Help parents ensure children's digital safety
• Corporate Fleet Management — Administer and secure multiple devices across an organization
• BYOD Compliance — Enforce security policies on employee-owned devices used for work

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using CryptoMD, you represent that you are:

• Of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Authorized to manage the devices you enroll
• Acting in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Authorized Use

CryptoMD is designed exclusively for the following authorized use cases:

• Corporate IT Administration: Managing company-owned devices with employee knowledge and documented consent
• Parental Monitoring: Monitoring minor children's devices by their legal parent or guardian
• Institutional Management: Schools, hospitals, and organizations managing institutional devices
• Personal Device Management: Managing your own devices

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with unauthorized persons
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Subscription Plans and Payment

6.1 Plans

CryptoMD offers three subscription tiers (Scout, Shadow, Phantom), each with three device capacity levels (Lite, Plus, Max). Features and pricing are detailed on our pricing page.

6.2 Payment

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• We accept cryptocurrency and card payments

6.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if the Service does not function as described. Refund requests should be directed to support@cryptomd.uz.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for unauthorized surveillance or stalking
• Monitor devices without obtaining legally required consent
• Use the Service to violate any person's privacy rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CryptoMD are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CryptoMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoMD from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights
• Your failure to obtain required consents

12. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be retained per our data retention policy, then deleted

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
